Sleepless nights turn into hours of prayer and worship.
Music no longer has just a melody but a river of heart beats taking each to His throne in Heaven.
A breeze is not just the wind gently blowing but a tender caress on the cheek by Him.
Sunsets are not just light dissipating into darkness but magnificent ever changing paintings painted for me by Him.
Deserts no longer seem harsh and barren but reminders of a forth coming promised land.
Tears from pain, sorrow and even joy turn into treasures He stores away in safe keeping.
Crosses no longer are symbols of death and brutality but are now gifts of eternal salvation.
The Bible is not just a book of words and rules and laws but a key to unleash Man and Woman from prison and a life of love and freedom.
Religion is no longer an act but a relationship.

Another great post! I totally understand the sleepless nights turning into prayer and worship. It seems that those are some of my best times of prayer. Relationship, you hit it on the head. That is what it is all about!

I noticed your comments on my blog and wanted to say thank you as well as check yours out. This post is so insightful and poignant (spellcheck please) – simply put, it’s beautiful. I, like you and Pastor Andrew find sleepless nights some of my best time with God. I think it’s Gods way of telling me He wants to spend time with me. I look forward to reading your other posts and hope to see you on my site again. God Bless, ^i^ briggie
